Delivery & Returns

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.
  • Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times

  • Standard UK mainland delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
  • Delivery times to non-mainland addresses may vary and could take longer.
  • All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, adverse weather).

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email which may include tracking information (where available).
  • Some smaller orders may be sent via non-tracked services.

Missed Deliveries

  • If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier may leave a calling card or send a notification with re-delivery/collection instructions.
  • It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection within the courier’s holding period.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or items are missing.
  • We may require photos of the packaging and product to process a claim.
