Compatible with HIC straight out of the box and can also be used with IHC systems by fitting your existing IHC compression ring.

Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.
- Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Times
- Standard UK mainland delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
- Delivery times to non-mainland addresses may vary and could take longer.
- All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, adverse weather).
Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email which may include tracking information (where available).
- Some smaller orders may be sent via non-tracked services.
Missed Deliveries
- If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier may leave a calling card or send a notification with re-delivery/collection instructions.
- It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection within the courier’s holding period.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
- Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or items are missing.
- We may require photos of the packaging and product to process a claim.
