Delivery & Returns

Smith and Feeble are currently offering Free Delivery on all orders – for UK mainland addresses only.

This means:

Orders delivered to UK mainland addresses will not incur any delivery charge.
Deliveries to non-mainland UK locations (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man) may be subject to additional delivery charges – these will be calculated at checkout or confirmed by our customer service team before dispatch.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.
Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times

Standard UK mainland delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
Delivery times to non-mainland addresses may vary and could take longer.
All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, adverse weather).

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email which may include tracking information (where available).
Some smaller orders may be sent via non-tracked services.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier may leave a calling card or send a notification with re-delivery/collection instructions.
It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection within the courier’s holding period.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or items are missing.
We may require photos of the packaging and product to process a claim.
