Smith and Feeble are currently offering Free Delivery on all ordersfor UK mainland addresses only.

This means:

  • Orders delivered to UK mainland addresses will not incur any delivery charge.
  • Deliveries to non-mainland UK locations (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man) may be subject to additional delivery charges – these will be calculated at checkout or confirmed by our customer service team before dispatch.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.
  • Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times

  • Standard UK mainland delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
  • Delivery times to non-mainland addresses may vary and could take longer.
  • All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, adverse weather).

Tracking & Notifications

Missed Deliveries
