Smith and Feeble are currently offering Free Delivery on all orders – for UK mainland addresses only.
This means:
- Orders delivered to UK mainland addresses will not incur any delivery charge.
- Deliveries to non-mainland UK locations (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man) may be subject to additional delivery charges – these will be calculated at checkout or confirmed by our customer service team before dispatch.
Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.
- Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

- Standard UK mainland delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
- Delivery times to non-mainland addresses may vary and could take longer.

Tracking & Notifications

Missed Deliveries
- If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier may leave a calling card or send a notification with re-delivery/collection instructions.

Damaged or Missing Parcels
- Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or items are missing.
